This is the time of the year when people begin to work on their New Year’s Resolutions. We here at ecomdash are no different. We’ve got our eyes set on a number of goals based on your feedback to make our ecommerce management and automation software better than ever. Ecomdash makes you money by syncing your inventory, automating your backend, and helping you scale your business, but in 2017, we want to find new and better ways to increase your efficiency, expand your business, and grow your revenue even more.
How are we going to do it? By listening to you. We want to be a partner that is driven by the needs of its users. We plan to remain flexible and agile as we continue to be a dependable ally to your business. But let’s get into some specifics. Here are six ways we’re planning to make you more money in 2017.
#1 Variation Listing
We’ve heard you and now we’re getting to work to put one of your biggest requests into action. The ability to list variations of a product to your sales channels from ecomdash is coming in 2017. If you’ve already been setting up parent and child SKUs as you create your products, you’ll be able to use that data to immediately begin pushing variation listings to your sales channels.
#2 Amazon ASIN Creation
Our Amazon inventory management tool is one of ecomdash’s most popular offerings, and for good reason. Next year, we’re adding a function that’ll make it even better: ASIN creation. This will allow users to push products directly to Amazon from within ecomdash. Coupled with variation listing, the ecomdash ecommerce listing tool is going to be better than ever. The more you can do with ecomdash, the more money you save.
#3 Ecomdash Goes Mobile
We’ll be building out our mobile app this upcoming year. We’re looking to add additional functionality that’ll allow you to manage your business from anywhere in the world. Imagine the power of all your seller tools located in one smartphone app. You’ll be able to access the ecomdash dashboard from the app, view your sales and inventory information, access real-time business health metrics, and other soon-to-be-announced features.
#4 Usability Upgrades
Our user interface is going to become simpler. We built ecomdash with small businesses in mind, and even though we now serve businesses both small and large alike, we want to keep in mind the simplicity and ease-of-use you crave. As we add functionalities, we’ll continue to consolidate the dashboard to reduce clicks as well as loading times. That’s more features and more flexibility with no additional lag. In addition, a number of slated tutorials and customer success resources will make mastering ecomdash easier than ever. From large companies to one-man operations, ecomdash aims to be a solution any seller can use.
#5 Performance Improvements
We’re going to speed up ecomdash in 2017. Over the next twelve months, expect to see performance well beyond your satisfaction. You’ll be able to navigate search faster and complete your operational tasks quicker than ever before. Our team is instituting rolling upgrades to the hardware and software that makes ecomdash great. We’ll continue to invest in backend improvements over the next twelve months to sustain our momentum coming out of 2016.
#6 Expanded Customer Success Resources
More than ever, we are committed to our role as a partner to your business. We’re not just a software system. We love small and mid-sized businesses and want to see them succeed. To help you out, expect a lot more customer successes resources in the coming calendar year. Here’s what we’ll be up to on that front.
- Publishing case studies and customer journeys to show you how real business owners are using ecomdash to increase their profits.
- Hosting webinars with our partners on the latest selling methods to keep you ahead of your competitors.
- Launching a new support site and community forums to solicit more feedback and give you a place to trade ecomdash tips.
- Migrating all our customers to new functionalities such as Amazon FBA inventory management, and doing it faster and more efficiently so you can always get the most out of your subscription with ecomdash.
