Ecomdash counts any incoming sale – from any of your integrated sales channels – as a Sales Order.
What counts as a Sales Order?
Say you average 90 orders/month. You need our smallest package of 1200 orders (100 orders/month x 12 months), available for 1 year. We send 3 emails as you approach the 1200 order limit. Prior to auto-renewing, you can choose to stay at 1200 orders, a different annual plan (i.e. more orders), or a monthly plan.
How does the annual plan work?
You don’t, if you choose our month-to-month plan. We doubt you’ll want to leave, but if you do, you can cancel anytime.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. The only difference is that a trial account has quantity limitations. Trial users can only create 100 listings and auto-sync 500 products.
Do ecomdash trial users get all the same features as paid users?
Every customer, regardless of monthly sales orders, pays just $60 on their first paying day. This will serve as your last month’s payment with us (but we hope you stay with us forever!).
Why is the first month $60, even if my sales orders for this month would place me in a higher price tier?
Yes! We are the only company in our industry to provide this high level of support – for free. Please enjoy our free setup and support services, including phone, email and live chat.
Do I get the same quality of support, regardless of how much I pay each month?
Once you sign up as an ecomdash customer, navigate to Administration > Shippers > and click the banner to get your free Pitney Bowes account. The account is only valid for active ecomdash customers.
How do I get my free Pitney Bowes account?
Yes, we do offer special rates for nonprofits. See our requirements to see if you are eligible for these rates.
Do you have special rates for nonprofits?
We’ll list your simple products (excludes variation listings) to all sales channel we integrate with (except Walmart and Newegg) for 10 cents a listing, per channel. Learn More.
Can I get assistance setting up my listings?
Basic setup is 100% free. It’s just another way we’re looking to save you money. If you’re pressed for time and you’d like our help, we offer setup assistance for a $199 one-time fee.
Are there any setup fees?
We offer packages that coincide with the monthly sales order total. Here is a scenario: $60 (monthly cost of 0-100 orders) x 12 months = $720 + a 20% discount (on all annual packages) = $576. Your total cost would be $576 and includes 1200 orders to use in 1 year. This cost will be due upfront.
How much do the annual plans cost?
We offer onboarding assistance, listing services to help you expand to new sales channels, and other professional services to get your account up and running.
Can I get help setting up my ecomdash account?
Your price will automatically adjust to match whichever new tier your business may fall under. We believe you should only pay for what you use.
What if I have an unexpected spike in sales orders or a slow month?
Nope! Unlike others, you do not need to do anything. We handle the tier adjustment automatically based on your sales orders, so that you never go a day without the automation you need.
Do I need to upgrade if I know I’m approaching a very busy month?
If you find that ecomdash doesn’t meet your needs in the first 30 days, we will refund your first month’s bill.
If I change my mind, do you accept refunds?
We offer a 20% discount with our annual billing plan.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
We offer unlimited integrations for all tiers. You can have multiple storefronts and marketplaces such as 3 Shopify stores and 2 Amazon accounts.
How many integrations can I have?
We offer personalized online training packages in 1 to 3 hour increments, covering topics such as order management, dropshipping, listing submission and more.
