Streamline your back-end operations with ShipStation and Ecomdash.
To connect ShipStation and Ecomdash, you need to complete the setup of both accounts. Once all your marketplaces and shopping carts have been connected to both ShipStation and Ecomdash, you can then connect the two via an API Key in your settings tab.
For order fulfillment, Ecomdash works in parallel to ShipStation as a hands-off solution. As ShipStation is updating your sales channels with the order fulfilled statuses, Ecomdash will communicate with those sales channels, deduct the inventory, and sync the new inventory level across your other sales channels.
By connecting your ShipStation account to Ecomdash, a user will be able to view the inventory levels for each of their products without having to logout of ShipStation. By seeing the available quantity, you can determine if it is okay to ship an order, or hold off if the product is out-of-stock.
